Srinagar, April 23: In response to the tragic and reprehensible incident that has shaken the conscience of the nation and the people of Jammu & Kashmir, a significant meeting was convened today at the Office of the Advocate General, Jammu & Kashmir, Srinagar. Law Officers and Government Counsels gathered to deliberate upon a collective response to the heinous act perpetrated by terrorists.
During the meeting, deep anguish and profound sorrow were expressed by all participants over the inhuman violence. They unanimously resolved that such acts must be condemned unequivocally and collectively, sending a strong message against terrorism in all its forms.
An earnest appeal was made to the people of Kashmir, members of civil society, the Bar and Bench, and all conscientious citizens to stand united during this hour of grief. The appeal emphasized the need to express unwavering commitment against terrorism, fostering a spirit of solidarity and resilience in the face of violence.
Mohsin-ul-Showkat Qadri, Senior Additional Advocate General, underscores the legal fraternity’s strong condemnation of the terror incident and their call for unity and a firm stance against terrorism.
