Beijing: In China, the case of knife attack has once again come to the fore. Here, eight people have died, while 17 people are said to have been injured in a stabbing at a vocational school. Relief and rescue work is being done at the spot. Apart from this, the accused was also arrested from the spot. After being caught, the accused confessed his crime. School stabbing
Let us tell you that this whole matter is known to be from the Jiangsu province of East China. Here on Saturday, a madman barged into a vocational school and started stabbing indiscriminately. Eight people were killed, while 17 people were injured in the stabbing incident. The attack took place at 6.30 pm at the Wuxi Vocational Institute of Arts and Technology in Yixing city.
The accused was caught
Suspect Xu, 21, was arrested at the scene and has confessed to the crime, according to a statement issued by Yixing’s Public Security Bureau, state news agency Xinhua said. The police said that the accused had failed in the shoe examination and because of that he did not get the graduation certificate. Moreover, he was dissatisfied with the salary of the internship. In order to express his anger in such a situation, he entered the school and started beating. Rescue operations are ongoing and police are investigating the matter, according to Xinhua.
35 people died after being hit by a car
Earlier, in another incident on November 12, a man ran over a crowd of people with his car at a sports center in Zhuhai city. 35 people died in this incident, while 43 people were injured. A person named Fan was detained in this case. Police said he did this because he was dissatisfied with the division of property after the divorce. Expressing concern over this incident, Chinese President Xi Jinping has directed to make all possible efforts to treat the injured. (Input- Agency)
