After India's action, Pakistan came to its senses, now the Champions Trophy will go to these cities instead of PoK

This time Pakistan has been selected for Champions Trophy 2025. Pakistan is also preparing very fast for this tournament. But the BCCI has made it clear to the ICC that it will not allow Pakistan to play the Champions Trophy. The ICC has also informed the Pakistan Cricket Board about this. However, the PCB has asked the ICC to seek written reasons from India. Due to this, ICC has not announced the Champions Trophy schedule yet. It is believed that the tournament may be played in a hybrid model. In the meantime, Pakistan had committed an act due to which India had to take immediate action.

India protested

The Pakistan Cricket Board announced on the evening of 14 November that the Champions Trophy will reach Islamabad on 14 November. After this, the trophy will be transported across Pakistan from 16th November to 24th November. PCB gave information about this matter on its social media. Where he has said that the trophy will go to places like Skardu, Murree, Hunza and Muzaffarabad. Out of these four places, only mine is part of Pakistan. Apart from this three other places Skardu, Hunza and Muzaffarabad fall in PoK.

The trophy will go to these cities of Pakistan

India did not like this decision of Pakistan. After which BCCI raised objection and ICC has taken immediate action in this regard. Now the Champions Trophy tour will not go to PoK. ICC has selected new cities for this. The trophy will travel to Islamabad on November 16, Taxila and Khanpur on November 17, Abbottabad on November 18, Murree on November 19, Nathia Gali on November 20 and Karachi from November 22 to 25. After this the trophy will be taken to Afghanistan. No PoK city is included in the new cities selected by the ICC this time.
