An England player was injured during the first match of the series. After which the player did such an act that the ICC had to fine the player. This player is none other than England fast bowler Reece Topley.

The ICC awarded the penalty

England fast bowler Reece Topley was injured during the first T20 match against West Indies. He appeared very angry due to the constant injuries and after this he threw a chair in anger. The ICC fined him 15 percent of the match fee for throwing a chair. Topley injured his right knee while bowling during the first match of the series at the Kensington Oval in Barbados.

What was the whole matter

Reece Topley continued his bowling efforts after this, but after bowling just one ball, he appeared to be in a lot of trouble and eventually walked off the field in frustration. This injury can be very difficult for him. In fact, he seems to be plagued by injuries already in his career. As he was leaving the field, he angrily picked up a chair and threw it over the stair railing. Due to which they are suffering losses now. Last year, during the ODI World Cup at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai, Topli moved a chair while leaving the field. Then he was spared, but this time the ICC took notice and fined him.
