Srinagar, July 13 (KDC): The Director of Rural Development Department (RDD) Kashmir has withdrawn the transfer and posting order of four Panchayat Secretaries issued earlier by the Assistant Commissioner Development (ACD) Anantnag.
As per the official communication, the transfer and posting order issued by the ACD Anantnag vide order No. 30-ACDA of 2025 dated 11.07.2025, under endorsement No. ACDA/Estt/2025—3135-38, has been partially revoked.
The Director RDD Kashmir in an order , a copy of which lies with news agency Kashmir Dot Com, said that the transfers of the Panchayat Secretaries listed at serial numbers 01, 02, 08, and 11 in the aforementioned order shall be deemed to have been withdrawn ab initio. This means the order concerning these officials stands null and void from the outset. (KDC)
