Finally, where will Champions Trophy 2025 be held? Living in this country is difficult

If there is one thing that is being talked about the most in the cricket world right now, it is the ICC Champions Trophy tournament to be held in early 2025. The Pakistan Cricket Board i.e. PCB has got the right to host this tournament after seven years, but the Board of Control for Cricket in India i.e. BCCI has officially informed the ICC that Team India will not go to play Pakistan. After this ICC has proposed to PCB to hold the tournament on hybrid model but it is not ready for this too, hence ICC is considering to hold the tournament in some other country, with South Africa leading the race. The name was discussed but now it seems difficult to organize the tournament even there.

Due to this the Champions Trophy cannot be organized in South Africa

While the Pakistan Cricket Board has categorically refused the ICC to host the Champions Trophy 2025 on a hybrid model, the only option left is to host it elsewhere. South Africa were leading the race, but the third season of the SA20 is to be played there in early 2025, the official schedule has been announced. The SA20 will begin on January 9 and the final will be played on February 8, with matches to be played in Centurion, Gkeberha, Durban, Paarl, Johannesburg and Cape Town. Although the official schedule of the Champions Trophy has not been announced, it is expected to start from February 19. In such a situation, if the decision is taken to hold the tournament in Africa, the pitches of these stadiums will be ready. Matches will not be prepared properly. Where ICC prepares its tournaments in advance regarding pitches and stadiums so that things can be prepared according to their standards, but in this situation nothing seems to be happening, which makes it very difficult for the tournament to be held in South Africa as well.
