A personalized skincare routine for each participant
Selected participants will receive a skincare routine and products tailored to their individual skin types and concerns. This remote program allows interns to participate from anywhere, fitting seamlessly into their daily lives without disrupting existing commitments. Under the guidance of skincare coaches and renowned dermatologists, participants will gain hands-on experience in building effective skin care habits.
Selection process
The application process includes three phases: registration and screening, video submission, and personal interview. This rigorous yet rewarding process narrows the selection down to six to ten interns who will embark on a 30-60 day journey focusing solely on skincare.
Rewards
Apart from improving skin health, participants received Rs. 1 lakh, will receive opportunities for pre-placement interviews in product hampers, social media features and brand marketing. The program also includes expert-led sessions with dermatologists, which enhance participants’ skin care knowledge.
