Both the Pandya brothers will be in action a day before the IPL 2025 mega auction begins in Jeddah. Under Krunal, Baroda made it to the final of the 2023–24 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, where they lost to Punjab in Mohali. Hardik’s return to domestic cricket will be very important for the team. Hardik last played for Baroda in the 2018-19 Ranji Trophy. He last played in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy in January 2016, when he did not play a match in international cricket.
