High Court of J&K and Ladakh Holds Condolence Meet for Pahalgam Terror Victims

Srinagar, Apr 23: The High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh convened a solemn condolence meeting today at its Srinagar wing to honor the lives lost in the devastating terror incident that occurred in Pahalgam on April 22, 2025.

The tragic event has deeply affected the region, and the legal fraternity gathered to express their profound grief and unwavering support for the victims and their families during this difficult time.

The condolence meet witnessed the presence of esteemed members of the judiciary, including Justice Sanjeev Kumar, Justice Javed Iqbal Wani, Justice Rahul Bharti, Justice Moksha Khajuria Kazmi, Justice Rajesh Sekhri, and Justice Mohd. Yousuf Wani, Registrar Judicial Khursheed ul Islam and all Judges of the High Court of J&K and Ladakh.

The gathering also included the Deputy Solicitor General of India, Senior Additional Advocate Generals, senior designated advocates, the President of the J&K High Court Bar Association Srinagar, members of the Bar, and officers and officials from the Registry and court staff.

During the meeting, attendees observed two minutes of silence as a mark of deep respect for those who tragically lost their lives in the act of terrorism in Pahalgam. The participants collectively and strongly condemned the barbaric act that claimed the lives of innocent human beings.
