In the My Jio app, you can either block all spam calls or messages completely or you can also choose to allow some messages or calls. If you want to stop spam calls and messages on Jio’s network, you need to enable the Do Not Disturb service. By enabling this, some telemarketing calls will also be blocked. You can also customize the DND service provided by Jio.

- To block spam messages and calls, first open the MyJio app.
- Now you have to go to More option on the app.
- Now you will get Do Not Disturb option, click on it.
- Here you will find full block and promotional communication blocking option, turn it on.
