A recent video of Vice President Kamal Harris consoling his supporters in a recorded speech set tongues wagging as social media users said she needed reassurance as she looked utterly broken. “I know it’s an uncertain time. I’m clear-eyed about it. I know you’re clear-eyed about it, and it feels heavy,” she said in her first public speech since her Howard University speech in which She accepted the election earlier this month.
“I just want to remind you, you never let anyone take your power away from you,” Harris added. “You have the same energy that you did before November 5th, and you have the same purpose that you did, and you have the same ability to engage and inspire.”
“Thanks to your efforts, get this, we raised a historic $1.4 billion from grassroots supporters alone,” Kamala Harris said in the video.
The video was mocked by Republicans as they questioned how the video was published and no one realized how vague and incoherent the vice president appeared on the video.
“28 seconds of dial-up modem noise playing on an infinite loop is more tolerable than anything,” Rep. Virginia Foxx (R-NC) wrote on X.
“I would read a 5,000-word article about how it got approved for release,” said Ben Williamson, a House GOP staffer and former Trump White House aide.
“A video like this would never have been released by a politician who wasn’t hated by his staff,” wrote National Review writer, Dan McLaughlin.
“Kamala Harris looks like a functioning alcoholic who almost became US President. Meanwhile America is going to gift another $24,000,000,000 to a barely functioning cocaine addict in charge of Ukraine. Total clown world,” one user wrote.
Kamala Harris and Doug Emhoff went to Hawaii for vacation and dropped hints that the vice president would be in the race. According to a Politico report, Kamala Harris has asked her allies to keep her options open for the California gubernatorial race or the 2028 presidential race.
Blame it on Biden
Kamala Harris’ campaign staff appeared on the Pod Save America podcast and broke her silence for the first time since Harris’ election loss. They acknowledged no flaws on the part of the campaign and said Harris’ campaign had little time before the election — indirectly blaming President Joe Biden’s late decision to withdraw from the presidential race.
