A fierce fire has broken out in the hills of Kullu in Himachal Pradesh, due to which the forests there are burning. The people of Bada Bhui Panchayat area are in a state of panic due to the fierce fire in these forests. It is being told that the fire has caused a loss of more than 5 lakh rupees so far. The cause of the fire is being investigated. Meanwhile, efforts to control the fire have been started.
Recently there was a fire at two different places, causing a loss of 80 lakhs loss
Let us tell you that recently in Himachal Pradesh there was a huge loss of life and property in two separate fire incidents. Officials said that no one died in these accidents. He said the first incident took place on Saturday in Tiun village of Kullu district and four houses were gutted in the fire. Approximately 80 lakh rupees was lost in this incident.
Kullu Deputy District Magistrate Vikas Sharma said that a team from the district administration was sent to the spot to assess the situation and provide relief to the affected people. He said that the exact cause of the fire is being ascertained.
In another incident, 10 quarters were burnt to ashes.
The second incident took place on Saturday night at National Hydropower Corporation (NHPC) colony in Surangani in Chamba district, where about 10 quarters were gutted in a fire, officials said. He said the fire started due to a short circuit, which quickly spread to the quarter and caused extensive damage. (Input with PTI)
