Srinagar, April 8 (KDC): Maternal aunt of journalist and editor Fahad Shah passed away late Monday night, April 7, 2025, at the Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS), Soura, after a brief illness.
The deceased, Waheeda Rehmat, wife of Late Ghulam Jeelani Reshi, was a resident of Illahi Bagh, Buchpora, Srinagar. She had been under treatment at SKIMS for the past week.
Several friends, relatives, and colleagues have extended their heartfelt condolences to Fahad Shah and the bereaved family, praying for eternal peace to the departed soul. (KDC)
