ICC Champions Trophy 2025,: PCB i.e. Pakistan Cricket Board is definitely determined to host the Champions Trophy at its home, but soon you will know that it will face defeat. The Champions Trophy is scheduled to be held in February next year, but aside from the schedule, the venue of the tournament is currently undecided. Pakistan is said to have secured the hosting rights, but the entire tournament is unlikely to be held there. BCCI has refused to send its team to Pakistan due to security reasons. Now the PCB is badly stuck.
The Champions Trophy schedule may be announced soon
It is believed that the Champions Trophy schedule can be announced on November 22, but the Pakistan Cricket Board has put a damper on this. Now it has been decided that the Indian team will not go to Pakistan, but the PCB is trying to somehow tell the ICC BCCI that the Indian team should come to Pakistan. Actually, Indian government has decided to send Team India to Pakistan. ICC can never ask a cricket board to go against its government. This is the reason why ICC will not talk to BCCI about this matter.

The ICC is now trying to convince the PCB why it is necessary to hold the Champions Trophy on a hybrid model. Also, if India refuses to travel to Pakistan, it is not possible that the tournament will be held without an Indian team. Pakistan is trying its best to somehow get the Indian team to Pakistan, but nothing seems to be happening now.
The tournament will be held only on the hybrid model
It is possible that the ICC may decide soon whether the Champions Trophy will be held on a hybrid model. That means the Indian team will play their match at some other place. UAE can be the best option for this. As soon as this is decided, the schedule of the Champions Trophy will also be announced. Because in ICC tournaments the schedule has to be announced at least three months in advance. Whatever attitude Pakistan may be showing now, it will soon have to agree to this.
