Abuja: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been conferred Nigeria’s highest honor “The Grand Commander of the Order of the Niger” in Abuja. This is the 17th international award he is receiving from any other country. The award will be presented to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on behalf of Nigeria on Sunday. The Prime Minister of Nigeria will be the second highest personality in the world to receive this highest honour. Prior to this, Queen Elizabeth of Britain is the only foreign dignitary to have been awarded this honor by Nigeria in 1969.
After this now Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to receive this award. This will be the 17th international award of its kind given to PM Modi by any country. Before this, countries like France, Japan, Australia have also honored PM Modi with their highest award.
