PM Modi receives Guyana’s highest honor ‘The Order of Excellence’, thanks President Irfan Ali

Georgetown: After Nigeria, now Guyana has honored Prime Minister Narendra Modi with the highest honor of the country. President of Guyana Irfan Ali Solanki presented PM Modi with Guyana’s highest honor ‘The Order of Excellence’ on Thursday. After this Prime Minister Narendra Modi thanked President Irfan Ali. In a post on Facebook informing about the honor, PM Modi dedicated it to 140 crore Indians.

In his tweet, PM Modi wrote, “I sincerely thank President Dr. Irfan Ali for bestowing Guyana’s highest honor ‘The Order of Excellence’ on me. This is the honor of 140 crore people of India after Guyana’s highest honour.” Hon’ble External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar also congratulated the Prime Minister through a post on his X handle. He wrote in his post, “Another great moment for India as Prime Minister. PM Narendra Modi has been honored with Guyana’s highest national award “The Order of Excellence”. By sharing the journey with the world, this award is a true recognition of his visionary leadership.”
