Rahul Gandhi’s statement on farmers’ march to Delhi, said – The country will be happy only if the food provider is happy.

The march of farmers towards Delhi has been stopped at Shambhu border of Punjab and Haryana border. A group of 101 farmers started a foot march towards Delhi on Friday. However, after a few meters they were intercepted. Haryana Police has asked these farmers not to proceed. The Ambala district administration has banned the gathering of 5 or more persons at one place. Meanwhile, a large number of security personnel have also been deployed on the border of Haryana. Now politics has started on this issue and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has made a statement regarding this.

Rahul Gandhi said this on farmers’ agitation

Rahul Gandhi wrote on social media site X, ‘Farmers want to come to Delhi and present their demands to the government and express their pain. Firing tear gas shells at them and trying to stop them in various ways is reprehensible. Government should seriously listen to their demands and problems. The plight of food providers can be gauged from the fact that a farmer is forced to commit suicide every hour in the country today. The country could not forget the martyrdom of more than 700 farmers in the first farmers’ movement due to the hypersensitivity of the Modi government.
