The launch of the Redmi Note 14 series in India has been confirmed. This mid-budget smartphone series of Xiaomi is going to hit the Indian market early next month. Redmi has confirmed the launch date of the phone. Recently Xiaomi teased this smartphone through its official social media handle. The Redmi Note 14 series has already been launched in the Chinese market. However, there may be a difference in the range being launched in India. Like the Redmi Note 13 series launched earlier in the year, it also features a 200MP camera.

In the Redmi Note 14 series, the company may offer three models – Redmi Note 14, Redmi Note 14 Pro and Redmi Note 14 Pro+. All the three models will be almost identical in appearance. There will not be much difference in the features of Redmi Note 14 and Note 14 Pro. However, the camera and other hardware features of the Pro+ model will change. Several features of these models have surfaced online a few days ago. According to Redmi’s website, the series will be launched in India on December 9, 2024 at 12 PM.

All the models in this series may come with a 6.67-inch curved edge design OLED panel, which will have a resolution of 1.5K. Also, it may feature an in-display fingerprint sensor. The Redmi Note 14 series could be the company’s first smartphone series to launch with HyperOS 2 based on Android 15. The MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultra processor can be found in the base and pro models of this series. At the same time, the Pro+ model is likely to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor.
200MP camera will be available
200MP Sony IMX882 primary camera sensor can be offered in the most premium Pro+ model of this upcoming series of Redmi. At the same time, both the other models will have a 50MP primary camera. This series of Redmi may be IP69 rated, due to which the phone will not be damaged even under water. Apart from this, the phone can get a powerful battery of up to 6,200mAh. The base and Pro models can offer 45W fast charging, while the Pro Plus model can support 90W fast charging feature.
