There have been reports that Aftab Poonawala is also being targeted by the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. Tihar sources have informed that the jail administration is vigilant regarding the security of Shraddha Walker murder accused Aftab Poonawala in view of the media reports. Aftab Poonawala is lodged in Tihar Jail No-4. According to sources in Tihar, no official information has been received from the Mumbai Police but they have taken media reports into account.
Conspiracy in Tihar Jail
In fact, Shiv Kumar Gautam, the accused arrested in the Baba Siddiqui murder case, has told the police that he wants to kill Aftab. According to sources, Aftab Poonawalla is being targeted by the shooters of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. A conspiracy to kill Aftab is being hatched in Tihar Jail itself.
What was Shraddha Walker’s murder case?
Shraddha Walker was murdered in Chhatarpur area of Delhi in May 2022. After the murder, Shraddha’s body was cut into more than 30 pieces. The incident came to light when Shraddha’s father filed a missing complaint. According to reports, Shraddha’s body parts were kept in a fridge for three weeks and were gradually dumped in various parts of the city. Aftab Poonawala is accused of this murder.
