Skoda car goes up in smoke, police arrive, charred body found – watch video

A man committed suicide inside his car in Karnataka’s capital Bengaluru on Saturday. The person is said to be around 42 years of age. Local people saw the burning car and informed the police. Police reached the spot and recovered the charred body of the man from his Skoda car.

Deceased Pradeep C. Was a resident of Nagarbhavi and was a hotel consultant. The incident took place on a deserted road at Muddinpalya in Byadarahalli on Saturday at 4:00 pm. Police officer Srinivasa Murthy E., who was on patrol, received a call from the police helpline and when he reached the spot, he found the Skoda car engulfed in flames. He informed the control room of the fire department about this.

A charred body was found on the driver’s seat

A fire engine was then deployed to douse the fire. After putting out the fire, the police found Pradeep’s charred body on the driver’s seat. A police officer said Pradeep may have committed suicide due to recent business losses. According to the police, a few minutes before the incident, Pradeep had bought four liters of petrol in two two liter cans.

5 members of the family drank poison

In other news, five members of a debt-ridden family consumed poison in Balua village under Amarpur police station area of ​​Bihar’s Banka district, out of which three died, while two others are in critical condition. Police gave this information. The incident took place on Friday late night. According to villagers, deceased Kanhay Mahato (40), a resident of Balua village, had taken loans from several financial companies, which he was unable to repay. He along with other family members probably took this step due to mounting pressure to repay the loan.
