The bowler could make his debut in the first Test, competing with the famous Krishna for a place in the playing eleven!

The first Test match between India and Australia will be played in Perth from November 22. But Shubman Gill and Rohit Sharma will not be able to play in the first match. Gill is injured and Rohit has not been to Australia since the birth of his son. Rohit will be replaced by fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah and Akashdeep may get a chance to support him in the playing XI. Harshit Rana has impressed

Delhi fast bowler Harshit Rana’s claim for the first Test is considered strong. He has played only 10 first-class matches so far, taking 43 wickets. He has been consistently impressive with a top speed of over 140 kmph and good bounce. It has also influenced big giants. During India’s nets practice at the WACA grounds in Perth, Harshit often troubled the batsmen with his quick pace. He may debut in the first Test match.

The illustrious Krishna has experience

The famous Krishna made his Test debut for the Indian team in the year 2023. He has played only two Test matches for India so far. He has 29 wickets in 17 ODI matches. As the third fast bowler, he is also a strong contender for a place in Team India. He has experience and can get a good bounce in Australia. Krishna has taken 73 wickets in first-class matches and 113 in List-A for India. Now what decision does the team management and captain take? Only time will tell.

Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammad Siraj, Akash Deep, Ishtan Krishna and Harshit Rana have got a chance as fast bowlers in Team India for the Test series against Australia. Nitish Kumar Reddy also bowls fast. According to the ESPNcricinfo report, the Indian team can field three fast bowlers. While the fast bowler can feed the all-rounder. Nitish Reddy’s name is foremost among these.
