Two foreign nationals have been arrested in this connection. Giving information, Commissioner of Police Dayanand said, “CCB police arrested 2 foreign nationals selling drugs NDMC, cocaine, ecstasy tablets. 1kg 520g MDMA crystal, 202gm cocaine, 12 MDMA ecstasy tablets valued at Rs. This case took place in the limits of Somdevanhalli police station.
Came to India through Nepal 5 years ago
He said that preliminary investigation has revealed that these people have been dealing in drugs for a long time. Five years ago, the duo came to India via Nepal, then worked selling drugs in Mumbai and Delhi. Both had come to Bengaluru in connection with this work but the CCB got the information in time and both were arrested. Both have been sent to jail.
Kerala’s most wanted criminal arrested
Along with this, cannabis worth Rs 3 crore has also been seized in an area of East Bengaluru. A most wanted criminal from Kerala, who was smuggling him from Andhra Pradesh, has been arrested by the police along with 2 other accused. The police commissioner said, “Govindpura police has seized 318 kg of ganja brought from Odisha and Andhra Pradesh. Its value is around Rs 3 crore 25 lakh. We have arrested 3 people in this connection. These people were traveling in an Innova car. When He came to Bengaluru with ganja, was arrested.
He said that the main accused in the case is a resident of Kerala and is the most wanted offender in the records of the Kerala Police. Attempt to murder and many other cases have been registered against him. He came to Bengaluru 5-6 months ago where he lured an auto driver to do this job. The car driver and his wife accompanied the accused to Andhra Pradesh and from there brought the ganja to Bengaluru for sale and were caught.
