The journey of the star Indian men’s badminton duo of Satviksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty ended with a semi-final defeat at the China Masters Super 750 tournament in China. The dominance of the Korean pair was evident in the last set where after the score was 15-16, they took advantage of the mistakes of the Indian pair and won the match 16-21 to secure their place in the final. took
PV Sindhu was also eliminated from the second round
Indian badminton players have not fared well in the China Masters Super 750 this time around, with two-time Olympic medalist PV Sindhu also failing in a three-set match against Singapore earlier on November 21. In the second round, the player faced a 2-1 defeat. The year 2024 has not been anything special for PV Sindhu in which she could not perform anything special even in the Paris Olympics.
