When Jasprit Bumrah picked up the bat, Rishabh Pant came in to bowl, the two brawled; Watch the video

The Indian cricket team has reached there without captain Rohit Sharma to play the 5-match Border-Gavaskar Test series against Australia. The first match of this series will be played at Perth Stadium from November 22, for which Team India players are practicing vigorously in the nets in Perth itself. Meanwhile, BCCI has also shared a video of the practice, in which vice-captain Rishabh Pant and fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah are seen fighting. In fact, when Bumrah came to the nets for batting practice, Rishabh Pant took over the responsibility of bowling from him, with the condition that he be dismissed.

Keep one of your wickets in order

In a video shared by BCCI on social media, Rishabh Pant took it upon himself to bowl Jasprit Bumrah in the nets, in which before bowling, Pant told Bumrah that he has one wicket to his name in first-class cricket. Bumrah also did not delay in replying to this and said that you should decorate that wicket of yours. Meanwhile, Team India’s bowler Morne Morkel was also present there. When Pant bowled the first ball to Bumrah in the nets, he played it towards the leg side. After this, Bumrah played a pull shot to Pant’s next ball, to which Pant said it would have gone straight into the fielder’s hands and you are out. On this, Bumrah said that there would have been four or two runs. Along with this, he also called Pant’s bowling action as illegal.

Bumrah can take over the captaincy in the first Test match

As for the first Test match against Australia in Perth, it is not yet decided whether Rohit Sharma will captain or not as he is not yet attached to the team. In this situation, Jasprit Bumrah can take over the responsibility of captaincy. In such a situation, a huge responsibility is coming on the shoulders of Bumrah as it is not an easy task for the captain of any team to carry this responsibility against Australia. However, Bumrah has impressed everyone with his bowling in his last two tours of Australia, in which he could play a key role this time as well.
