IND vs CLOSED: The first match of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy is being played between India and Australia in Perth. Today is the fourth day of the Perth Test. It is hoped that Team India will win the match on the fourth day i.e. November 25 itself and take a 1-0 lead in the series. Team India is slowly moving towards victory in the opening Test against Australia and meanwhile captain Rohit Sharma has also come to the dressing room of Team India.
In fact, Indian captain Rohit Sharma is not part of Team India in the first Test match. He did not come to Australia with Team India due to becoming a father. Rohit reached Australia in between the Perth Test. A day after that, he was seen sitting in the dressing room of Team India and enjoying the bowling of the Indian team, whose picture is now going viral on social media.
Captain stepped into Australia
Indian captain Rohit Sharma immediately reached Perth to practice at the nets after arriving in Perth. He was seen batting in the nets during the lunch session on Monday where he faced reserve fast bowlers Navdeep Saini, Yash Dayal and Mukesh Kumar.
The Indian team will travel to Canberra on Wednesday for a two-day practice match starting November 30. This practice match does not have first class status. However, this match will be important as it is a pink-ball day-night match which will be crucial in the build-up to the second Test starting December 6 in Adelaide.

Reserve: Mukesh Kumar, Navdeep Saini, Khalil Ahmed.
